Working in Shaw Oldham today, replacing guttering on a property, the guttering that was up had started to leak a year or so back, and has caused a small damp patch to form on the wall so that area will be dealt with first, grinding out the old sand and cement, which had already stared to come out, due to it constantly being damp, once ground out will be repointed with fresh sand and cement.
